All Atwitter About Conference Updates
The 2010 NW PA STEM Conference has joined the growing number of entities nationwide that are using a popular tool, Twitter (, to broadcast conference news to interested individuals. Twitter's Web site describes itself as such: "Twitter is a service for friends, family and co-workers to communicate and stay connected through the exchange of quick, frequent answers to one simple question: What are you doing?" The short, 140-character messages sent through Twitter are known as Tweets, and they are as immediate as instant messaging. Conference staff will post updates, called Tweets, on Twitter so interested Twitter users can track the conference details. If you are a Twitter user, consider following NWRegSTEM for up-to-the-minute Conference Updates.
